This is a no obligation call designed to chat about what to expect during the process, what has brought you to nutritional therapy and if I am the right fit for you.

Initial Consultation - 75 minutes - £220

A 75 minute Zoom consultation. During this Initial functional medicine case history analysis we discuss your goals, your health history and your current (and prior) diet and lifestyle. By the end of your consultation we aim that you have a clear understanding of factors that may be influencing your current health status. We’ll work together on devising a realistic and achievable phased plan to support your health goals encompassing, as appropriate, dietary and lifestyle modifications, supplemental support, functional laboratory testing options and/or medical referrals as necessary. Please note that this is primarily an information gathering and planning session; you will walk away with a clear plan of the way forward.

Follow up consultation - 45 minutes - £150

             - 30 minutes - £120

A review consultation is available as a 30 or 45 minute consultation depending on how much support you feel you need at the time and if we have test results to review.

Packages

If you are serous and committed to obtaining lasting changes and optimum health, these packages may be a good option for you.

DNA testing Packages

All the packages include a written interpretation of your results. Once this is ordered and paid, a kit will be sent to your home. In the kit is everything you will need to do the finger prick sample. The turnaround for the results are around 3 weeks but it can take a little longer sometimes.

MedCheck - £414

A DNA test that looks at genetic susceptibility to side effects of commonly used medications. A must for anyone taking medication. Over 150 commonly used medications are included.

Autoimmunity Check - £340

This panel looks at genetic risk for HLA autoimmune conditions including, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Coeliacs disease, M.S., Autoimmune thyroiditis etc.
